Ordering

Please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery of your bag. 

Upon your purchase, you will receive regular updates via email on your bag's creation; and its estimated delivery date. 

Payment

After ordering your bag, you will receive an email with: a purchase summary; shipping costs; and estimated delivery date. You will then place your payment. Upon receipt of your payment, the creation of your bag will begin.

Shipping

We ship to any address both within the UK and internationally. Your handbag will be packaged and shipped with the utmost care. 

Please note that shipping costs will vary, dependent on the address of the customer. The calculated price of shipping will be stated in the confirmation email sent to you upon your purchase.

International Delivery

Orders placed from outside the EU / EEA may be subject to taxes and duty on arrival at the destination country. The price quoted on our site does not include these charges. GJ Bags does not control import duty charges, nor are we liable to pay any of these charges.
