Returns Policy

We always aim to create and deliver items of the highest quality. If, however, you find a fault in your handbag, or are not happy with it, please contact us via email (info@gerriejanssen.com) within 14 days of purchase.

A refund or exchange may be requested under the following conditions:

  • Refund or exchange is requested within 7 days of delivery

  • Product is unused and unaltered, with all original tags affixed, and in original packaging. (Refunds will be processed following product inspection.)

GJ reserves the right to reject Return or Exchange requests that fail to meet the above criteria. Items associated with requests that fail to comply may be sent back to the original shipping address provided.

Returns may be shipped using your carrier of choice. GJ is not liable for items not received or damaged in transit. Thus, we strongly recommend requesting a tracking number and/or insurance on your shipment to ensure that your package is received safely at the Returns Facility.

GJ currently does not cover the cost of shipping for Returns or Exchanges. Please note that original taxes and duties paid are also non-refundable.
